Wordless Wednesday {Practice Makes Progress}

Two years between these photos! Two years of gentle, slow, incremental progress. Of setbacks and recommitments to meeting my body exactly where it was. Two years, after a whole lifetime before it of not thinking splits would ever happen for me. Progress happens so slowly that you don’t notice it sometimes, and there are no guarantees on where you’ll end up, but practice brings progress, that’s the promise. 🙊
