Pulled pork shoulder, cauliflower rice, berries, non-alcoholic honey mead, and for dessert - honey cake.
Better yet, we got to share our meal with my brother and sister-in-law!
In the spirit of Litha, we ate outside enjoying the warm temps and last of the sun (semi-hidden).
From this day on, the days will get shorter and the nights longer. But this was a lovely celebration of the sun and light!
