from the mouth of babes

Gwen is talking so much now. Trav will remind her of something that the teachers at daycare told him happened that day, and her eyes will get big, and she will spend the next 10 minutes talking full speed about it. Of course, we only understand about 1/2 to 2/3 of it, but I love how much she wants to share with us.

Some things she says now, that crack me up every time:

"WHOA!"

"Oh my goodness."

"PU Daddy!"

"Hehe, I tooted."


And one timers that had me in tears:
When I peeked in on her and Trav one morning to see if they needed help, he said, "Its okay, get in the shower Hun." Which lead Gwen to turn and say to me, very cheerfully, "Get in the shower Hun!"

Her best little friend Dominic got sick recently and threw up on the floor during nap time. She came home, and grabbed my hand in all seriousness, and said, "Mommy, Dominic yuckied. Dominic yuckied all over the floor!"
