Yesterday was a nicely productive tasty tuesday! I made sure I got everything I needed over the weekend, so I didn't have to run to the store. I also got to start late, since I worked late the night before. In the morning I ate breakfast and finished reading Ender's Game (I recommend!). Then I washed some dishes before heading up to work. Over lunch I cleaned the toilet and sink (plus sink counter), put away some clothes in Gwen's room, and dusted her room and our room.
For dinner I made Parmesan Artichoke Chicken:
(Recipe after break.)
It was wonderful. Juicy chicken, creamy lovely topping. Trav isn't a huge artichoke fan in general, but he loved this.
I just had to share this picture too, from after dinner... Gwen's been obsessed with those birds lately.
There are four of them, each a different color and shape, and they all make noise. She loves them!
Now its back to work as normal, and a busy busy day with a big event. We have 3 this week! Looking forward to next week, which should be quiet.
Well, back to it for me.
(Recipe after break.)
Parmesan Artichoke Chicken
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 can of artichoke hearts, chopped roughly
1 tsp garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix top 4 ingredients and spread over chicken.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until chicken is done and top browns slightly.
The pictures alone made my mouth water!
