late!

So late today. Just trying to pound all this out before its time to leave. I can't believe how the day has flown. I'm definitely not complaining about that though.

This weekend was good. Friday at Brian & Stacey's was a lot of fun. Saturday I definitely made the most of my day... I did get long layers at the hair dressers. I like them, and pictures will eventually follow. They are subtle, and just what I needed I think. Then I relaxed at my parent's for a little before heading to see Laura and the kids. Actually, at first, Laura wasn't even there... but I had a great time playing board games with Maddy, Katy, and Rick.

When I got home, Travis, the king of free frozen products told me to put on my PJs so that we run out to Brusters for PJ Weekend. We attended for free ice cream twice. It was a hard job wearing our PJs around all weekend, but we managed. :-)

Sunday all I had to do was go for my eye exam, so that morning we headed to Willy's to clean up a bit before he returns from AZ. Then I got my eyes checked, and tonight I go back for my new lenses (keeping my same frames)... yay for being able to see again! I also heard from my parents and the family has a new member! Earlier then any of us anticipated, but she fell right into our laps.

I haven't gotten to meet her in person yet, but she sounds so sweet and my parents are already smitten. She is a two year old Boxer pup. I can't wait to spend some time with her.

Okay, now I have to run and get my train... I have such a busy week ahead of me. I'll tell about it later, but for now... I'm outta here!
